Emily graduated from SUNY Buffalo State College as a Dean's List student with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and graduated with honors from Montclair State University with her Paralegal Certificate. Previously, Having worked with the intellectually disabled for 3 years, Emily's passion has become to provide help to people who need it. Immediately after obtaining her bachelor's degree, Emily sought work in the legal field, and has worked in a number of firms in the areas of workers compensation and social security law. Since joining the Alatsas Law Firm, Emily has transitioned to assisting clients in the areas of divorce, bankruptcy, and estate planning. In these areas she uses her skills and talents in organization and communications she assists in providing clients with assistance and support. Emily is proficient in the use of Sign language and is conversant in Creole. In her free time Emily works on her college blog brand, trades stocks, and writes poetry.
