Michelle Pechenezhsky is an experienced paralegal with an extensive background in complex legal research, divorce law and office management. She has been with Alatsas Law Firm since January of 2019. Michelle is an integral part of our legal team, coordinating with Mr. Alatsas on all matters, with a focus in divorce, bankruptcy and estate planning. She also handles deed transfers in the firm’s real estate transactions and works directly with clients to ensure that deadlines are met in a quick and efficient manner.
Michelle is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brooklyn College as a Dean's List Scholar with advanced Bachelors’ degrees in International Business Administration and Business Management. Michelle was awarded the President’s Award for Distinguished Scholarship, the Presidential Scholar’s Certificate of Excellence and was even nominated Valedictorian during her undergraduate studies.
Immediately following graduation, Michelle found herself immersed in the legal field and has enjoyed taking on its challenges for the past 5 years. Out of the various law practices explored throughout her paralegal career, Michelle’s passion remains divorce and family law.
Michelle is bilingual in English and Russian. In her free-time she enjoys writing poetry, painting, and interior decorating.
