Our client came to us attempting to flee from her mentally abusive husband.  During their marriage, her husband engaged in a prolonged campaign of verbal abuse, stalking, and confinement, including restraining her in their apartment during the COVID lockdowns.  Scared, isolated and far from her family, Ted Alatsas gave her the legal and emotional support, the courage and the ability to stand up for her freedom from the abuse, garnered an emergency order of protection, and a divorce.  With her new found freedom, our client is no longer subject to his harrassment with a two year order of protection directing that he stay away from her or be the subject of an arrest.
